ABOUT US

ART PASSED THROUGH
GENERATIONS

Once an open-air cinema and theatre, the site became the Oste family home in 1947. Since 1980, it has housed the studio of Annibale Oste — artist, sculptor, and poet. Through experimentation, he blends traditional and modern materials, artisan and industrial techniques, creating artworks that transform memory and imagination into tangible forms rich with history and meaning.

THE
STORY

From 1900 to 1930, the grounds were home to an open-air cinema and theatre, a lively cultural space that brought the community together. The current building was then constructed by Annibale’s grandfather in 1947, and since that time, it has remained the heart of the Oste family — a place of life, memory, and creativity passed down through generations.

STUDIO
OF WONDERS

Since 1980, the ground floor has hosted the art studio where the creations of Annibale Oste were born — a renowned artist, sculptor, and poet. Within these walls, his creative universe took shape, blending imagination with deep reflection on time, matter, and memory.

Passionate about the cultural stratifications of history as well as the new and unexplored, Annibale embraces constant experimentation as his method. Through an ever-evolving dialogue between traditional craftsmanship and contemporary techniques, his work astonishes and inspires, giving form to visions that connect past and future, the real and the fantastic.

STUDY AND
INNOVATION

Studying, trying, and discovering, he combines new and traditional materials, artisan techniques with industrial ones, creating unexpected harmonies that challenge convention, and giving tangible shape to memories, dreams, and fantastic stories that seem to emerge from both personal experience and collective imagination.

VINCENZO
OSTE

Vincenzo, the son of Annibale,  an esteemed jewel designer and artist. He was trained as a designer craftsman, mainly looking at his father as a reference, as a source of inspiration and the first teacher from whom to learn.

In addition to the experiences gained in art and goldsmiths schools, it was his father to reveal to Vincenzo the deepest sense of creativity.

In 2004, Vincenzo graduated in jewelry and started to split his time between his family’s business and his own idea of art and design, launching his brand in Italy and abroad.

In 2010, after Annibale’s passing, his son Vincenzo took over the studio together with his sister Mariasole. Having grown up immersed in art, Mariasole studied at the Art School and later worked alongside their father, developing her own creative voice while preserving his spirit.

Together with Inès — Annibale’s wife, a Tunisian jewelry designer and art lover — they carried forward his legacy.

In 2017, Vincenzo and Inès founded Atelier Inès Arts & Suites: a space where art and hospitality merge, offering guests a unique experience to breathe, feel, and admire art.

ATELIER INÈS

Driven by Inès’s creative spirit and desire to blend hospitality with artistic experience, the Atelier was born as a refined, intimate museum-home.

It showcases artworks, mirrors, and design pieces by Annibale Oste, preserving his legacy while opening the doors to new forms of cultural and emotional connection. Named after Inès herself, the boutique hotel reflects her identity: a space of elegance, cultural exchange, and ongoing experimentation with materials, ideas, and relationships.
